To Our Zöe Dental Family,

As new recommendations and information become available, I have decided to close our dental office as of noon today, March 17th, through March 31st for any elective / non-emergency treatment.  There have not been any mandates to do this, however we are making this decision in the best interest of our patients, employees, and for our community’s health.

We will still be available for any dental emergencies during this time.  We will be monitoring our phones throughout the day as well as have an emergency voicemail box where you can leave a message for one of our doctors to return your call.   If you have a current appointment during this period, one of our patient care coordinators will reach out to you to reschedule your dental health visit or dental treatment.  We are planning to open back up for normal operation on Wednesday, April 1st.  As fluid as this crisis has become, we will inform you of any changes to the above dates if it becomes necessary.

As I promised earlier this week, our employees will not go without a paycheck during this time that the office is closed.  They have always been there for our patients and practice, and we will not abandon them during these trying times.  I appreciate you, our patients, for your understanding if we have inconvenienced you by delaying your treatment, but I hope you know that we truly value you and your families and have made this decision with you as our priority.
